Shipping & Delivery

Production time

Every piece is made once your order is confirmed. Production and quality control usually take 2–4 business days, depending on the size of the piece. This applies unless a product page states otherwise.

Shipping time

Once production is complete, orders are sent with our contracted carrier and are usually delivered within 1–3 business days within Turkey. When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number.

Shipping cost

For deliveries within Turkey, shipping costs 79 TL. Orders of 599 TL or more ship free. The shipping cost is added to your cart and shown at checkout.

Packaging

Each piece is packed in protective, recyclable packaging to guard against impact. For gift orders, the invoice is not placed inside the package; simply let us know in your order notes.

Damaged deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, please ask the courier to complete a damage report, then email photos to info@rozvello.com within 3 days. We will remake your piece and send it to you at no charge.

International shipping

We currently ship only within Turkey. For international requests, please get in touch with us.
